Search · Local SEO

Local search and SEO that nearby customers can find.

Three different things get called SEO. One sets up your Google presence so people nearby find you. One adds a page for a specific town or service. One is an ongoing campaign for businesses competing for the same searches as someone else. Here is what each one is, what it costs, and which one you probably need.

Local setup $950, one-timeFoundational SEO included with every siteFairfield County or remoteEnglish & Spanish

What you get: a Google Business Profile that is complete and optimized, your name, address and phone consistent across the directories Google checks, Search Console verified and reporting, and a written map of the searches that matter for your business — plus, if you go on to SEO Growth, monthly work and a monthly report on what moved.

Who this is for

Businesses that depend on customers nearby: a contractor, a clinic, a restaurant, a cleaning or landscaping company, anyone whose customer types a service and a town into Google. Businesses whose Google profile exists but was never finished. Businesses whose website is “there” but does not show up. If a customer has ever told you “I couldn’t find you online,” this is the service.

Three things, priced separately

Local Search Setup — $950, one-time

Google Business Profile optimization, local keyword mapping, directory and citation setup, and checks that your name, address and phone match everywhere Google looks. Search Console verified and indexing confirmed.

Service-area page — $350 each

One page written and built for a specific town or service: Norwalk, Greenwich, a trade you want to be known for. Bought one at a time, added only where it makes sense — never a batch of doorway pages.

SEO Growth — from $950 a month

Ongoing work for businesses competing for organic visibility. Local search work, technical upkeep, competitor and ranking monitoring, monthly reporting, and one written page or post each month. Three-month minimum; additional content quoted separately.

With every site I build

Foundational SEO, included

This is what makes a site ready to be found. It comes with every site I build, at no extra cost. It is not a ranking campaign — that is SEO Growth above — and it does not come with a migration, which moves an existing site rather than building one.

  • Page structure and heading hierarchy
  • Title tag and meta description on every page
  • Clean, readable URLs and internal linking
  • Image alt text and sensible file naming
  • XML sitemap generated and submitted
  • Google Search Console set up and verified
  • Analytics installed and reporting
  • Indexing checks, so pages actually appear
  • Mobile rendering and load speed verified
  • Business name, address and phone marked up

How it runs

How it runs

  1. Review

I look at your Google profile, your site, and who actually shows up today for the searches that matter to you. You get a short written read of where you stand.

  2. Setup

Profile, citations, keyword map, Search Console. Two to three weeks, one-time, flat price.

  3. Report

What was done, what to expect, and what to check again in ninety days. Most businesses stop here.

  4. Growth, only if it applies

If you are competing for the same searches as someone else nearby, the monthly work starts — with a report every month showing what happened and what it means.
