Project work is quoted flat, not hourly — half to reserve the schedule, the balance at launch, two rounds of revisions included at each stage. Prices hold through December 2026. Hosting, domains, licenses, stock, and print are billed at cost. You own your accounts, your domain, and your files, whether or not we keep working together.

Javier Napoles
I started in design — a graphic design degree, then years of photography and print — and moved toward the technical side because clients kept needing one person for both.
Now that means infrastructure, DNS and certificates, deployments, and monitoring. I hold CompTIA Security+ and run my own detection lab, which is a long way of saying I take the boring parts seriously.
