How in-person work happens
The first conversation is usually at your place of business, because that is where the real questions show up — the sign out front, the phone that rings during lunch, the laptop the whole staff shares. Photography obviously happens on site. After that, design, build, security and maintenance work happens remotely, with a visit whenever it is useful. Businesses outside the area get exactly the same service over video calls; the longest-running client is in Queens, New York.
